Nowadays, belly fat is very common among young ladies, and not only to the aged people. Although there are different methods to burn belly fat, but one of the easiest and quickest method is using ginger, garlic and lemon.
Follow this simple steps to prepare it
- Use two large sized ginger and grate into a bowl.
- Use 5-10 normal sized garlic, grate it into the bowl containing the ginger.
- Cut the lemon and squeeze out the juice into a cup and set aside.
- Boil one cup of water and pour it into the bowl containing the grated ginger and garlic.
- Allow the water to sit in the grated ginger and garlic for ten minutes, then sieve out to avoid swallowing the particles.
- Allow to cool off a bit, then add your lemon juice into the warm ginger and garlic mixture.
And there you go! Your garlic, ginger and lemon mixture is ready for use.
